This is Peyton. He started the business as a general contractor, doing a little bit of everything. Along the way he kept running into the same gap: property managers had plenty of options for big renovations and almost nobody reliable for the smaller work. So he built the company around filling that gap.
Our story

Property managers kept telling us the same story: a great GC for renovations, and nobody reliable for everything else. Lockset replacements, a punch list before move in, the steady drip of small repairs across a portfolio. Those calls were going to whoever picked up the phone, with mixed results.
We started We Build We Fix to be the one number for that work. Most contractors chase big renovation jobs. We built a crew around the small and mid-size work that keeps a property running. And we work with property managers and owners day in and day out, so the timelines, budgets, and expectations are ones we already know.
