Yes, and that's pretty normal here. With Redstone and the research park, people move in and out all year, not just in the summer. We're set up for turnovers whenever they land, not just during peak leasing.
Can you handle turnovers at a new building?
Definitely. Huntsville has added a lot of new apartments, so handling groups of units and punch lists on new construction is regular work for us. Send the unit count and the deadline and we'll tell you if we can make it.
Do you do storm and seasonal repairs?
We do. Spring and fall bring storms through North Alabama, and summers are hot and humid, so we handle the exterior fixes, water intrusion, and HVAC issues that come with all that. Winterizing vacant units before a freeze too.
