Serving Nashville, TN
Nashville property maintenance
Punch lists, turnovers, and maintenance for Nashville property managers and investors. We get units ready to rent so they're not sitting empty while everyone else is still showing theirs.
The market
A lot of units to keep moving.
Nashville built a lot of apartments over the last few years, and plenty of them are still filling up. For property managers that means a steady stream of units to turn over, repair, and get ready. We help you keep units moving so they're not sitting empty while everything else fills up.
From downtown high rises and East Nashville duplexes to single family rentals in Green Hills and Sylvan Park, we handle the punch lists, turnovers, and everyday maintenance Nashville property managers are juggling right now.
We cover the whole metro, from downtown and the Gulch to East Nashville duplexes, single family rentals in Green Hills and Sylvan Park, and the suburbs out in Franklin, Murfreesboro, and Antioch. New buildings that need finishing, older units getting fixed up, we do both.
The city keeps growing, and a lot of those new apartments are still filling up. Throw in the college move ins every August and a busy summer leasing season, and there's no shortage of units that need work.

FAQ
Working with us in Nashville
Which parts of Nashville do you serve?
Downtown, The Gulch, Germantown, and Music Row, the neighborhoods closer in like East Nashville, 12 South, Sylvan Park, and The Nations, and the suburbs out toward Franklin, Murfreesboro, Antioch, and Hermitage. If your property's in the metro, we can probably get to it.
Can you keep up during the summer leasing rush?
That's the plan. Summer is when most units turn over here, especially near the colleges, so we build our schedule around it. The earlier you get us the dates, the easier it is to get your units on the calendar.
Do you do punch lists on new construction?
Yes. With as much new building as Nashville has seen, finishing new construction and handling warranty callbacks are a big part of what we do, along with turning units between tenants. Tell us whether it's new construction or a turnover and we'll scope it right.
How do you handle properties spread across the metro?
We're used to it. A portfolio with units downtown and out in Murfreesboro isn't a problem. Give us the addresses and scope and we'll work out a route that makes sense.
How soon can you get out to look at a unit?
Usually pretty quick. Call or text the Nashville number with the property and what it needs, and we'll get back to you fast to set up a look or give you a ballpark.
