Chattanooga's our home base, so we know the area and the people who run property here. The metro added a wave of new apartments over the last few years, which means a lot of units changing hands and a lot of work to keep up with. That's what we do.
So we're not learning the city on your job. We already know the area and the managers running properties from St. Elmo out to East Brainerd.
We've worked all over town, from older downtown and Southside buildings to the garden apartments out in Hixson and East Brainerd. An older building needs different work than a brand new one, and we handle both.
The city's been growing for a while, and between people moving in for work and the UTC students coming and going near campus every fall, there's always a stream of units to clean up and get ready. That's the part we handle.

Yes. We work with apartment complexes and new buildings, so a block of units on a deadline is normal for us. Send the unit count and your timeline and we'll tell you straight whether we can hit it.
How fast can you get a unit ready between tenants?
It depends on what the unit needs and what else we've got going on. Tell us the move out and move in dates and we'll give you a real answer, not a guess. We won't promise a date we can't make.
Do you only work with property managers, or homeowners too?
We work with property managers, apartments, builders, investors, and agents. That's who we're built around, so the timelines and budgets are ones we already know. We'll still take a look at other work if it's a fit.
Are you actually local, or a national outfit?
